I was there this weekend with a variety of items. This was first time selling anything. I was holding on to things I was not using and the emotional value of them. I don’t have children to pass them on to. I’m sure many people experience similar feelings when inheriting pieces.

Neil and his team were straightforward and explained everything clearly. Their machine validated the gold content without any damage to any of my pieces.

I can now take the proceeds to purchase a piece I would like that will give me joy, and not sadness, bc it belonged to someone who has passed on.

Super quick shipping and usually can find really good deals. Sometimes items get bid up and pushed to a price that doesn’t always make sense, in which case just wait and the guys will usually run another which you can have another shot at. They have a ton of different products- lots of unique and limited items, along with all the hot newest pieces everyone is looking for. A solid choice if you’re looking for most anything in the precious metals market or numismatics.

The security guard was also like a greater and made me feel welcome. I did not have to wait. I was quoted a price but I didn’t think it was fair and then immediately quoted the price I had in my head which was acceptable. I was paid with a check that I immediately deposited into my checking account. I got to keep the shop pen (pink!!) that I used to sign the check. Both the man at the counter and the security guard were so polite and it was a positive experience for me.

I had a great experience with Niels Nevada Coin Mart. I was looking for a place to sell a gold pendant I had and google search provided me with information on the coin mart that said I could send a photo and some info about my item to get a quote right away. I took a photo and sent info, such as the weight and karats and I got an instant quote. Then when I got to Nevada Coin Mart I was helped right away, and they honored the quote I was given. I chatted with Neil and managed to negotiate a deal that was quite good, especially since other similar stores were offering much less. It was a very smooth transaction. Their location is super cool, with lots to see and consider. To be honest, I found their store much more enjoyable than Pawn Stars.

I came in today just to browse, was greeted by two kind security guards right when I walked in and then I started looking, there was only an hour till closing time but I could have spent ALL day looking around because of all the fun things to see! Today was the first time I traveled to the Nevada Coin Mart owned by Neil Sackmary. I was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff with assisting me with all the items I brought in to review.
I got a very good review for the gold and silver items including diamond appraisal, however, I felt a little less then impressed with all the other items he they barely looked at, some very old collectors items from from Europe. The person just said they weren’t worth anything more then $5, if thats the case then why tell people to bring in items from family collections.
They really are mainly interested with gold and silver items. Which is great I felt.
You decide if you want to lug all your family items down there or call an antique dealer to see if they are interested.
I know they are very busy but I wish the fellow had spent a little more time with items that meant so much to us, and just rushed through them.

I would definitely recommend- have had some inherited silver and gold items as well as silver coins and collectibles and brought them in for appraisal and to sell. They have state of the art machines that determine the karat as well as precise scales to determine weight. From there they make an offer, which has always been fair. I researched specific collectibles for what I could possibly sell them for on eBay, and their offers have been reasonable as they’re a business doing the work! Of course it’ll be less than you personally selling but you don’t have to go through the hassle of awaiting offers and mailing and waiting for payment. It’s not quantum physics. Items I would’ve sold at a garage sale for cents have made more than I could imagine.
Do your research before you sell to anyone anywhere- but I will say I don’t feel I would be scammed and lowballed here if I couldn’t find my own answer.

A few days ago I inquired with this business and from the start they were very responsive and friendly! I messages Neil himself (owner), and when I went there, he took the time to meet with me, though there were many other specialist there. If you are like me – weary of places to sell stuff to, fearing being low-balled and taken advantage of- and new to selling- this is the place to end up or go to!! I’m comparing it to other Pawn Shops I went to first that had offered up to 50% less than the value. Neil was kind and educated me about my coins and was a man of his word on price he was willing to offer me. I was so pleasantly surprised and grateful to have gone here. I will be solely going here to sell my gold/silver/diamonds. For those that have never been here, you enter and someone greets you and asks if you are there to buy/sell. As I was there to sell, they directed me to one of the many windows set up with privacy barriers in between and took a seat. They assured me about the sale (not pawn) of my stuff – that they take information down solely for compliance purposes (doesn’t sell to 3rd P., and keeps internal database). The whole experience had made me
feel comfortable and trusting of their process (this is important for a women going in alone). If you want answers before going in face-to-face, they offer a few ways to contact them – website or text! What other business in this field can say that!!! If you have ever been to a run of the mill pawn shop, then you know that it always feels so grimy going there. Not at Nevada Coin Mart. You are greeted as soon as you walk in and you feel like what you have to offer is important to them as much as it is to you. The staff is friendly and Neil jumps in to lend a hand. Its nice to see a boss work with his staff like that. The store has lots of items to choose from as well. If you are selling gold and silver, he offers more than what you would get anywhere else. Ive never been to a classier pawn shop and I look forward to doing business here for many years to come. Thank you!

I had some gold and silver to sell, and Nevada Coin Mart offered me a very fair price. Also, the transaction was very quick and easy. Actually, I would have given Nevada Coin Mart a 5 star rating, if not for the following 2 reasons:

1. The store is located in area that is a little sketchy (in the less than a minute time, that it took me walking from the parking lot to the store, I encountered 3 dangerous looking homeless people).

2. Nevada Coin Mart has a big sign on their door stating that firearms are not permitted. Let’s be realistic…the posting of this sign does not make things safer for anyone…because obviously, armed criminals are not going to obey that sign. The only people that will obey that sign will be law biding citizens, who have a concealed carry license (such as myself)…needless to say, I don’t like being in a bad neighborhood, while holding thousands of dollars in bullion, unarmed.

However, putting these two issues aside, it was overall a good experience, and I would use them again.

And the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and funny and explained to me the things that I burned in

I wanted to sell some gold and I got the best price around and it was quick and efficient. Everybody was very nice. I highly recommend Neil and all of his staff. I felt very safe there as well.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The whole process went very smooth. When we arrived and I told the security guard what we were there for, he directed us to the window we needed. In the meantime two other gentlemen helped me carry the boxes.

I recently decided to sell my Rolex gold datejust watch. I contacted a couple of on line buyers and received offers, but obviously with the contingency of their inspection. I also contacted Nevada Coin Mart. Their offer was in the same ball park so I took it in for an in person appraisal. Ron is the Rolex specialist and he was super. He was very professional and demonstrated in-depth knowledge. The watch was not in super condition and he explained all of the issues that affected its value. I left with a nice check and a clear conscience I had done the right thing. Doing it in person was far better than sending it off with the inherent risks involved. wish I had another one to sell, I know where I would take it!

I have been buying gold and silver for about 2 years and yesterday was the first time I sold. It was super easy, quick and great price. No haggling etc. Actually, they gave me more for one of the coins than others would have. When I am ready to buy again, I will go here.

Went here to get an estimate on some miscellaneous gold jewelry. I had already been to 2 different jewelers previously, I specifically asked for Neil because on his commercials he comes off as this crazy character yet at the same time I felt he was the type that means what he says and says what he means he didn’t disappoint. He’s definitely not crazy but he is honest, very professional and straightforward. Best of all he beat both the other 2 jewelers offers! Neil and his staff are courteous and professional I drove 20 miles and it was well worth it. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Neil and your great staff. I had a few coins to sell, so I started looking coin dealers that buy and sell. It was around 10:00 pm and their ad said that they would give me an estimated value of my coins within 10 minutes. So I texted Neil. I figured being after 10:00pm I would hear the next morning. But about 10 minutes later I got a text from Neil with an estimated value!!
So the next morning I got up and drove to Nevada Coin Mart. When I arrived I was greeted and directed where to go.. Couldn’t believe the fast , friendly service I received. Within 20 minutes I had received a fair offer and left a Happy Customer with check in hand.

I brought in my gold Rolex submariner to see what I could get for it, the gentleman who works with high-end watches wasn’t there, but they called him and he said he would be there in just a few minutes, and they offered me water while I waited. When he arrived, he explained to me the process for determining the value of the watch, which was contacting potential buyers and getting their offers. He showed me on his phone the offers as they were coming in as well as an eBay listing for the same model watch. The watch wasn’t worth as much as I thought it would be, but he said the high-end Rolex market was not moving like it used to. I know this is true as I was told the same thing by a couple of Internet watch dealers who said they couldn’t even make an offer on my watch because their inventory wasn’t moving. In the end, the offer he made seemed fair and reasonable so I accepted it and was paid on the spot. All the staff I encountered were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was also very impressed with the security, and felt very safe in the store.

Life’s been hard! I’ve been going through my breast cancer journey when my Mother suddenly passed-away that shook me to my heart’s core. I didn’t realize that living as it is already cost a lot and more so dying! The funeral cost so much that it added on to the ups-and-downs of emotions I have to deal with. We live a simple life. I work but mainly just for gas and insurance coverage so we don’t have as they say a “stack of cash” so I gathered up our pieces of what I already considered as “prized-possessions” and drove down to “Flamingo and Jones”…we were greeted with a smile by a good-looking young man named, Ian. He assessed our “prized-possessions” which consisted of a couple of earrings, rings and a watch. I felt that Ian treated us fairly and didn’t look down on us. We were treated with respect! I wrote a review on 4/9/2023 that contained mistakes and improper and harmful thinking on my part. I beg Neil and Nevada Coin Mart forgiveness. I’m an ignorant 80 year old man. I have removed that review. One very good thing about the “incident” is that I got to meet and talk with Neil. And it was a pleasure to talk and get to know the Man, very intelligent, honorable and fair minded. I am very comfortable and pleased to have found a coin dealer that I can trust

My first visit, didn’t really know what to expect. It’s a great looking store very interesting, a couple of members of staff acknowledged me on the way in, which was nice. I asked who could help me with my enquiry and I was directed to the appropriate part of the store, where I was treated by another member of staff who was helpful and efficient, I also spoke with his colleague who was very friendly and helpful. My transaction was completed in a couple of minutes. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and honestly. I was selling a gold coin and Nevada Coin Mart gave me the best price (I checked two other bullion dealers who were offering quite about 10% less)

I went in there with little expectations but I walked out of there feeling very satisfied with they prices they came me. They were all very nice and I will have no problem doing business in the future.
